At Voxeatech (operated by ARELIABLEFRIEND LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be transparent, straightforward, and compliant with international consumer standards.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Specific Shipping Issues & Order Scenarios
1. Item Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if the tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us immediately at info@voxeatech.com or call us at +17196002747. We will initiate a formal investigation with the logistics service. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost in transit, Voxeatech will either send you a replacement item free of charge or issue a 100% full refund, depending on your preference.
2. Item Arrived Damaged or Defective
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To file a claim, email us at info@voxeatech.com or call +17196002747 with your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage. In these cases, Voxeatech covers 100% of the return shipping costs and will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Wrong Item Received (Warehouse Error)
If you receive the wrong product, or an incorrect size/color due to a warehouse mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@voxeatech.com or +17196002747. We will immediately send you a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item at no cost to you, and we will ship out the correct order right away.
4. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a defect or transit issue (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or dislike the color), you are responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. The item must strictly meet the eligibility criteria (unworn, unused, in original packaging) mentioned above.
Fees and Exceptions
Restocking Fees
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for any returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Personal Care Goods: Beauty tools (such as nail drills) can only be returned if they are completely unused, unaltered, and in their original sealed packaging due to strict hygiene and safety regulations.
- Custom Products: Personalized items or special orders.
- Hazardous Materials: Items containing flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
