Order Processing (Handling Time)

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipment Confirmation: As soon as your order is fulfilled, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with your tracking number.

We currently offer shipping to the United States and selected international destinations.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For all international orders shipping outside the United States, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Voxeatech has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Missing or Incomplete Orders (Shortages)
We take great care in packing your orders, but warehouse errors can occasionally happen. If you open your package and find that items or components are missing (for example, you ordered a set and some parts are missing), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a missing item:

- Provide your order number.
- Attach a photo of the package and the items you did receive.
Once verified, Voxeatech will immediately ship the missing items or parts to you at 100% our expense, or issue a partial refund for the missing portion, depending on your preference.
Tracking Your Order
We make it easy to keep tabs on your delivery:
- Direct Tracking: Visit the "Track Order" tab in our main website menu for real-time updates.
- Email Notifications: Once your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor its journey.
Shipping Conditions and Policies
Order Verification: To protect our community, all orders are subject to a standard security check. Occasionally, this verification process may slightly extend your order's handling time.
Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping info! Please ensure your shipping and billing details are correct at checkout to avoid delays. Voxeatech is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Peak Seasons and High Volume: During peak shopping periods (like Black Friday or major holidays), transit times may take a bit longer than estimated. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
